NPT Farm House is designed as a grand classical residence that embodies elegance, symmetry, and timeless architectural character. Inspired by neoclassical design principles, the structure features tall columns, arched openings, detailed cornices, and a balanced façade composition.
PROJECT CONCEPT
The double-height entrance lobby welcomes visitors with a majestic curved staircase, coffered ceilings, and a statement chandelier that becomes the visual centerpiece of the space. Rich marble flooring, ornate moldings, and handcrafted furniture elements enhance the sense of luxury and refinement.
The exterior landscape is equally expressive, with a central fountain court, manicured lawns, and symmetrical pathways reinforcing the architectural language. Large balconies and arched windows ensure openness while maintaining the estate’s regal presence.
